Allana represented Australia at the Rugby Sevens in 2013, then consecutive knee injuries forced Allana to miss several years before making the transition back to league. Allana played in her first female rugby union match played with New South Wales as she stood out in the match that was played against Queensland. Allana also has radio in her CV, and has made regular appearances on the 2GB's top-rated Continuous Call Team. Allana Ferguson is a certified educator outside the sport world.
